What are your business hours?
Our office hours are 9:30am to 5pm Mon-Fri. The office person also eats lunch, gets parts and runs other business errands. If you get voice mail, please leave a message and we will contact you. Or you can send us an email.
Where are you located?
We are located in Flower Mound and provide local service in Flower Mound, Highland Village, Lewisville west of I-35, Double Oak, Lantana, Bartonville, Copper Canyon and Taylor Oaks.
How long have you been in business?
All Home Appliance has been serving Flower Mound and surrounding communities since 2007.
Are you opened on holidays?
All Home Appliance does observe all major holidays. In addition, we generally take a holiday the week of Thanksgiving so that we may see our families.


On what days of the week can I schedule a repair?
Appointment windows are scheduled Monday thru Friday.
How long is the service window?
We schedule service appointments in a two 4-hour service window per day:  10am-2pm or 1pm-5pm
How many days do I have to wait for an appointment window?
We generally schedule 1-2 days out but that does vary with the season. Hot summers tend to create problems with appliances so the wait may be several days. Also, many people want repairs just before Thanksgiving and Christmas. Schedule as early as possible to ensure there is time to order and install parts before the holiday.
Can I schedule an appointment on Saturday?
We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Washer, Dryer, Refrigerator, Cooktop, Range/Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher
Do you service all brands?
We service domestic name brand models like GE, Kenmore, Frigidaire, Maytag, Whirlpool, Kitchenaid and JennAir. We also service some of the smaller and older brands like Admiral, Amana, Westinghouse, White-Westinghouse, Crosley, Magic Chef, Roper and Speedqueen. We do not service non-domestic brands such as Samsung, Bosch, Wolf, Subzero, Asco or Miele.
Will you complete the repairs on your first visit?
Whenever possible, the technician completes the repairs on the first visit. If parts are ordered, we will schedule another appointment to install the parts after they arrive.
Can I drop off my appliance at your location?
No. We are an in-home appliance repair company. We do not have the facilities to service an appliance at our location.
Can the technician to install my parts?
Yes. The technician can provide a service estimate to install your parts. Please be sure you are getting the correct parts. There will be a $25 trip charge if the technician returns for a scheduled appointment but cannot install the parts.


Do you carry parts for all repairs?
The technician does carry the most common parts on his truck. If he does not have parts on hand, they will be ordered from the parts distributor.
How long does it take for parts to come in?
We get most parts within 2-4 days. Some parts may not be available locally or they may be ordered from the manufacturer. These parts generally arrive in 5-7 days. On occasion parts may be backordered. The time to receive these parts varies greatly from 3-30 days.
Do you install parts the day you recieve them?
Not usually. When we receive parts, we log them into our inventory then contact you to schedule the parts install.
Do you receive parts every day?
On most weekdays, we get parts late in the day.
Can I just order the parts I need from from All Home Appliance?
No. We are a full-service repair company and we only sell parts with service.


How much does it cost to get a technician to my home?
We have a $79 service call fee due at the initial service call. This gets the technician onsite to troubleshoot and diagnose your problem. He will be able to give you a full estimate for the repair at that time. If you choose to go forward with the repair, the $79 will apply toward the service total. For example...

Do I have to pay multiple service fees if I have more than one appliance that needs repair?
No. The only one service fee is due. If you have more than one appliance, the technician will provide an estimate for each item.
What is your hourly rate?
We do not estimate on an hourly rate. The techician provides a per-job estimate.
How much do you charge for parts?
We price the parts for your repairs at the suggested retail price.
If I diagnose the problem and provide the parts, do I still have to pay the service fee?
Yes. The $79 service call fee is payable when we arrive for the initial visit. It will, however, be applied toward the service total.


Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?
All Home Appliance has a 30 day warranty on all service and a 90 day warranty on parts.
Do I have to pay another service call fee for warranty repairs?
No. If we return on a warranty repair there will not be another service call fee. There may be charges for any additional parts or labor, if needed.
